Currently my absolute favorite breakfast that keeps me full longer agents like yogurt with fruit!
Today I had cherry-cocoa smoothie! Oh so yummy!
* 1.5 frozen bananas
* 1.5 cups fresh cherries (seedless of course)
* 1.5 cups vanilla soy milk
* 1.5 tsp real cocoa powder
* 4 large ice cubes
* 1 tsp agave syrup
Blend everything together until it has a creamy consistency and then enjoy immediately! Yummy!
Also great if you have chocolate cravings! Through the cocoa powder, the desire will be satisfied!
Could have one again now! ;)
